Instructions for use
1. Connecting computer USB as the tester and switch on the power supply.
2. According to the element to be tested for the selection of mode, to choose to measure inductance Lx, capacitance Cx, inductance or capacitance HC HL, in measuring terminal open state from the screen to see:
Inductance:                 Measure Lx     0. 000uH
The capacitive display:     Measure Cx     0. 00pF
Large inductance shows:     Measure HL     0. 000mH
Large capacitor shows:     Measure HL    0. 00uF
3. Because of the measurement principle of the HC file is different, first stated the following Lx, Cx and HL three mode of operation:

4. In the HC file, please make sure the capacitor is fully discharge to be measured, and then the red test clamp capacitor cathode, black test clamp capacitor anode, read the test results from the display screen and can, need to pay attention to is, the measurement of large capacity (more than 10mF), the test time can be more than 1 seconds, the test time of capacitor the longer the 100mF, about 7-8 seconds before the results.
Matters needing attention
1. HC mode measuring electrolytic capacitor, please note the polarity is negative, red black.
2. If the measurements before the display is 0, sometimes also need to zero adjustment, this might be the deviation is negative, but the display will not show negative.
3. Is strictly prohibited in the test terminal element when pressed zeroing button, this operation will lead to the erroneous results.
4. Is strictly prohibited without testing capacitor discharge, otherwise there may result in damage to the meter.
5. To use the 5V adapter module power supply, ensure that the polarity is negative "", otherwise it will damage the module.
Operation method:
1. Press "C / L" button, and the short-circuit test port, power, connect the power.
2. Press the "Reset" button for about 10 seconds, then release, it will be displayed on the LCD screen "0. 000uH"
(If there is no "0. 000uH", press again "Reset" button for about 2 to 3 seconds, then release, until it shows "0. 000uH")
3. Disconnect the test port, shows"Over Range! ",
(If no "Over Range", short the test port, press "Reset" button again for 2-3 seconds, then release,
